INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your shipping time depends on your desired shipping location. Estimated Shipping time is usually 2-4 weeks and the processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items in your package and your shipping address.

Once shipped, all orders will be provided with a tracking number that can be tracked through the Jamaica Post.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

If you are ordering from outside the US, your order may attract customs and import fees. Care Packages from Jamaica has no control over these charges and we cannot say what these costs might be as customs charges vary from country to country. The recipient must fulfill any additional charges for customs clearance. You may contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges. If customs clearance procedures are required it may cause shipping delays beyond our original estimates.

 

LOCAL SHIPPING

Shipping time is usually 1 day for orders in St. Catherine and Kingston & St. Andrew. Processing Time is 1-2 business days.

For orders placed in other parishes, packages will be shipped through the post office and persons can pick them up at their local post office. Once shipped, all orders will be provided with a tracking number that can be tracked through the Jamaica Post.
